Do you have an ETA on New Game+?
Is there any update on a performance mode which targets 60fps on next generation consoles?

In an Ask-Me-Anything thread about Watch Dogs Legion on Reddit, the live producer – Lathieeshe Thillainathan, and online director – JP Cambiotti got a question about the 60fps performance mode for the next-gen console. In a brief answer, Thillainathan and Cambiotti confirmed that 60fps support in the Watch Dogs Legion for next-gen consoles is in development.
Unfortunately, they didn't tell me when the update would arrive. However, they confirmed that the update would come as part of the upcoming Title Update. Currently, the maximum frame rate that Watch Dogs Legion can achieve on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S is only 30fps. This is undoubtedly good news considering other Ubisoft AAA games such as Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Ghost Recon Breakpoint have 60fps support.
Watch Dogs Legion itself is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Google Stadia, and PC.
